beta-blockers. Generic Tenormin 25mg is indicated for:
treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension);
prevention of angina (chest pain);
treatment of irregular heart beats (cardiac dysrhythmias);
reduction of risk of heart complication following heart attack (myocardial infarction).
Generic Tenormin 25mg is not addictive.
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Take Generic Tenormin 25mg exactly as directed.
Generic Tenormin 25mg may be taken on an empty stomach or with food. The dosage may
differ depending on your condition and whether you are taking any other
medicines. Your doctor will tell you exactly how much you should take.
The elderly may require a lower dose of Generic Tenormin 25mg .
To properly control your condition, Generic Tenormin 25mg must be taken every day.
Continue taking Generic Tenormin 25mg for as long as your doctor prescribes. Do not
stop taking Generic Tenormin 25mg or lower the dose without first checking with your
doctor. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks before the full effect of Generic Tenormin 25mg
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back
to taking your tablets at the same time you would normally. If it is
more than six hours since your last dose, skip the dose you missed and
take your next dose when you would normally. Do not take a double dose
to make up for the dose you missed.
Store your Generic Tenormin 25mg at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat, light and moisture.
Before taking Generic Tenormin 25mg, tell your doctor if:
you are allergic to any medicines;
you have asthma; low blood pressure; diabetes; or have certain other heart problems;
you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, or you are breast-feeding.
