Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service). The order processing time is 48 hours after order been placed (Our support team will call you after you have placed your order). All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible. We do not hold any responsibility for customs fees and VAT taxes. For your own discretion and privacy the charges will appear on your Statement as QUICKMEDS4ALL. For your protection from Fraud  we are only shipping to the billing address for the card was used for purchase. Here is an example of how your shipping box will look like.

EMS delivery (Express Mail Service)

If you choose EMS delivery you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working in 4 business days. If the tracking number doesn't start working in the next 4 business days we will reship your order for free. 

Registered Air Mail delivery

The Air Mail delivery time is a maximum of 21 business days plus order processing time. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when you have received your package or there has been an attempt to deliver your item, generally it is provided for us to make sure you have received your order.

If you didn't receive your package within 21 business days we will reship your order for free.

Please do not count weekends and holidays.

Refund and returns

Due to the FDA regulations, we cannot exchange or refund prescription medications. Please read carefully the information about the drug and consult your doctor prior to buying it. Please do not buy it if you have any doubts and need more information. Make sure to contact us before you submit your order to get more details.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If you provide us an incorrect address, and you were unable to receive your order because we have shipped it to the wrong address you provided, no refunds will be given.
 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you should send us a message through the Contact Us form and provide a reason for cancellation or Call us at 1888-000-0000.

If you cancel your order we recommend doing it in the first 48 hours of the purchase to avoid any restocking and shipping fees from applying. If you wish to cancel your order after the first 48 hours You will still be refunded the whole amount of the purchase minus 10% restocking fees and the shipping fees

Tracking your order

You can track your order anytime by visiting your local EMS website. Please allow up to 4 business days for your tracking number to start working. (Countries beside the USA tracking numbers starts working only when an order is received.  In fact it is mostly used by us to make sure you have received your order.
